The waitlist, honestly described.

1. These terms

These terms govern the BaconRadar beta waitlist. By submitting the waitlist form, you agree to them.

Joining is free and records your request for beta access. It does not create a product account, begin a trial, start monitoring, authorize provider access or collect payment.

2. Waitlist membership and access

Your signup joins automatically. We may remove duplicate, spam or abusive submissions.

We will email every waitlist member when their beta access is ready. Invitations may go out in signup order or small batches to keep the rollout stable. We cannot promise a particular access date.

3. Messages from us

By joining, you ask us to send waitlist updates and your beta access email. We may also ask an optional product-research question. Replying is never required for access.

You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your waitlist entry at any time. If you unsubscribe from all waitlist messages or ask us to delete your entry, we may be unable to deliver your access email.

4. Beta service

During the beta, we may offer you a free sales report, made by hand from a sales export you choose to send us. The privacy notice explains how we handle it. BaconRadar is being built to check sales and checkout links using data from your selling platform and permitted public checks. Supported platforms, checks and features may change as the beta develops or platform policies change.

Your selling platform may tell us a product's status directly. Checks of public pages are limited to whether a page loads, where it redirects and whether it shows the expected content. A public check cannot prove that a payment works.

5. Safety and evidence limits

BaconRadar is designed for authorized, read-only access and permitted public checks. It does not click Pay, place an order or alter a connected selling account. Suspected failures are rechecked, and uncertain results are reported as Unknown instead of Broken.

Samples and demos are illustrative and do not represent current monitoring results. BaconRadar cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect detection, sales, prevented losses or recovered revenue.

6. Pricing and payment

Joining the waitlist is free. Paid plans start at $9 after beta. Prices, plan features and availability shown on the website may change before purchase.

Before any paid service begins, we will show you the final plan, price, renewal terms and applicable service terms for active acceptance. Joining the waitlist does not authorize a future charge, and no card is collected through the waitlist.

7. Before monitoring begins

Beta members will receive current product details, privacy information and beta service terms before creating an account, providing credentials or starting monitoring. Those service terms will govern beta access and monitoring.

8. Age and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to join. Do not use the form for spam, unlawful activity, impersonation or attempts to interfere with the website or waitlist.

9. Changes or discontinuation

We may update these terms or change beta availability, features, pricing or timing. The date above shows the latest version. If a material change affects existing waitlist members, we may also notify them by email.

If we discontinue the waitlist before access is available, we may notify you and will delete waitlist information when it is no longer needed, subject to legal retention duties.
